  • Though we have well stocked vans it is impossible to stock all possible needed parts due to the large variety of appliances on the market and supply constraints. For the same reasons it is not always possible to complete a repair in one trip, however we strive to complete the job as fast as possible. The good news is if we have to make more than one trip, the cost will usually remain the same as the quote given at diagnoses. Sometimes a secondary problem can become apparent once another malfunction has been addressed and may add cost, but we always communicate so there will not be any surprises.

  • Discounts are straightforward:

    We have discounts available for people 65+, former & active military, first responders (police, fire, EMS, and frontline medical professionals), among other discounts.

    Discounts apply to any completed repair or service except trip and diagnostic fees. Though usually unneeded we reserve the right to ask for proof of status needed to qualify for a discount. Other exceptions may apply.

  • Though rarely exorcised, we reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason.

    The health and safety of our technicians and customers is a top priority. Therefore we reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe structures, enviroments and situations.
